Why did the FAQ page get a promotion?
Because it had all the answers before anyone even asked!
The answers to your questions should be below. But if not, Mom probably knows. They always know.
It’s so easy even grandma can do it, without her glasses. Download the Morey’s Piers app and create an account using the email you use for ticket purchases.
You’ll automatically earn points when you:
- Buy tickets online using the email linked to your Fam Club account.
- Scan your Member ID from the app or in your phone's digital wallet when purchasing at participating locations onsite.
Tip: Always use the same email address and don’t forget to scan your ID for in-person purchases!
You can trade your points for free snacks, rides, water park admission, and all kinds of great perks.
Open the app to see what perks are currently available and how many points you need for each.
Just open the app and log in! You’ll see your current Brownie Points total at the top. Easier than making your teen eye roll, right?!
You’ll automatically earn points when you:
- Log in to the app and browse the perks available for your point balance.
- Choose the perk you’d like and select “Redeem” to generate a barcode.
- Show and scan the barcode for your perk and your membership ID at the appropriate location to redeem it.
What time is it? No’clock. Nope. No can do. Points can only be used for perks in the app, and those perks can only be redeemed onsite.
Brownie Points expire at the end of the next season. So if you earn a point today, it will expire on closing day of next season.
Once you redeem your points for a perk, that perk is only valid for redemption onsite until the end of the current season. So be sure to use your perks before they expire.
Yes! Email us at info@moreyspiers.com with:
- Your Member ID Barcode
- A photo or screenshot of your receipt
- The Order number/invoice number from your receipt is also helpful. Sometimes pictures are hard to read. We’ll do our best to find that transaction and appropriately credit you for that purchase.

- The email you meant to use
- A copy of any receipts
We’ll help sort it out.
Points usually appear within an hour, but sometimes it may take a few hours or even overnight for your points balance to reflect 100% of the points that you’ve racked up.
If it’s been longer than that, email info@moreyspiers.com with your Member ID and purchase info so we can look into it.
YES! You can scan your Fam Club membership barcode OR the barcode on your Wild Pass card (Physical or Digital) during any eligible transaction. This will apply your 15% discount as well as allow you to earn Brownie Points for this transaction. There is no need to scan both, but both will work the same!
Nope! One account per guest. Them’s the rules. Multiple accounts can cause issues with earnings and redemption.
